TULKIT (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a privacy-first toolkit. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use TULKIT.

- Account info: email and a hashed password when you sign up.
- Session data: a session identifier to keep you signed in.
- Usage metadata: non-identifying logs (e.g., tool usage counts, errors) to improve reliability.
2. Files & Content You Process
We operate with a “no-store by default” design:
- Uploads are processed in-memory or stored temporarily in a per-session directory.
- Bulk conversions stream results back to you and are not persisted.
- We set HTTP headers to prevent caching (Cache-Control: no-store).
3. How We Use Information
- To provide and secure the service (authentication, abuse prevention).
- To improve TULKIT (debugging, performance, feature development).
- To communicate important updates (service notices, policy changes).
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share minimal data with service providers (e.g., hosting) strictly to operate TULKIT, under confidentiality obligations, and as required by law.
5. Security
We use industry practices like password hashing and secure session handling. No method is 100% secure; we work to safeguard your information.
6. Your Choices
- Delete account: You can delete your account from Settings; this removes your user record and ends your session.
- Theme and preferences: Managed in Settings and stored to your account.

8. Children's Privacy
TULKIT is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to remove it.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. We'll update the date and, for significant changes, notify you within the app.
